1. Acceptance of terms

By using Suburb Hunt, including taking the suburb-match quiz or purchasing dashboard access, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Suburb Hunt provides suburb information derived from the 2021 ABS Census and a quiz-based matching tool that suggests suburbs based on your stated preferences. The free quiz returns three suburb names and a match score. Dashboard access unlocks a full match breakdown, live rental alerts, and 45 days of access via a secure email link.

3. Payment

Dashboard access is a one-time payment of $12.90 AUD. It is not a recurring subscription. Payment is processed by a third-party provider; Suburb Hunt does not store your card details.

4. Data accuracy

Suburb statistics are sourced from the 2021 ABS Census and, where noted, supplementary public data sources. Figures are estimates and may not reflect current conditions. Suburb Hunt is not a substitute for independent due diligence, financial advice, or legal advice before signing a lease.

5. User responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when using the quiz and not to misuse the service (including scraping, reverse-engineering, or reselling suburb data).

6. Limitation of liability

Suburb Hunt is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Suburb Hunt is not liable for decisions made based on suburb matches, including rental, financial or relocation decisions.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Suburb Hunt after changes means you accept the updated terms.
